1. vlastně všude na světě, už existují nějakou dobu (většinou se ten předpřítomný čas v tomto významu pojí s předložkou AROUND, čili základní tvar je “have been around”

3. Jsou dlouho zapomenuty, vydržely jenom chvíli, než byly opuštěny (zapomenuty), a na ty se dnes dívám

15. presenter = moderátor, get sth. wrong = splést něco, zde spíš: “spálit se”
16. Zde bych to asi přeložil jako “až moc zoufale se snažil pobavit (diváky)” (http://www.collinsdictionary.com/…h-for-laughs)
