I am just writing to complain about my iPhone, which I bought from Apple Store
in London, on 18th April 2018.
In the begining i was satisfied when i was using it. Everything was alright.
But two weeks later i found that phone was faulty.
There are two main problems with this item. Firstly a battery does not work as
it should. My iPhone turned off after four hours and I detected that the
battery is discharged. I had to recharged it.
Secondly the display went blank. I tried to restart the phone but it did
not work.
I am returning the item. I expect you to send me a full refund of price.
