The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a strategic analysis of the company XY focusing on the identification of competitive advantage and subsequent formulation of strategic recommendations. The thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part is reviewed existing literature and defined specific methods of strategic analysis. For analysing of the external and internal environment was applied the PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, financial analysis… The output of the work are recommendations based on SWOT analysis.
