I thought that I'd try to create one, and I didn't get as far, and I sort of cheated by using a two-letter country code:
A DE hot pork spicy garlic sausage, skinless, alongside sauerkraut captivating breakfasting Scandinavians, overnourishing selfindulgently.
I suggest that if you want to try it, it might be easier to start with a larger word. It seems an interesting exercise in studying vocabulary and word forms.
