The Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the support in delivery process from the view of postal operator as well as the consignee. The thesis contains basic concepts in the field of delivery process and explains terms related to the final phase of transport process. The Bachelor thesis also deals with technologies used in delivery process as well as the issue in domestic and foreign market. There is a survey in analytical part of the thesis which is dedicated to the support in delivery process. The survey is focused on communication between postal operator and the consignee and also the use of electronic services. The results of the survey are contained in this part of the thesis as well as the interpretation and evaluation of the determined assumptions.
