Dobrý den, mohla bych poprosit o kontrolu této eseje? Mockrát děkuji
My favourite physicist In this essay I will devote to Stephen Hawking, who I consider as my favourite physicist. I was amazed, when I saw a film The Theory of Everything, British biographical drama deals with life of Stephen Hawking.
Stephen Hawking was born in Oxford on three hundredth anniversary of death Galileo on January 8th 1942. His parents were Isobel and a researcher in tropical medicine Frank Hawking. Stephen grew up with two younger, Phillippa and Mary, sisters and an adopted brother Edward in a highly educated family.
Stephen has enjoyed math and science his childhood. He couldn’t study math at university, because in Oxford wasn’t a math degree at the time, so he chose physics and chemistry instead. Thereafter he studied cosmology at university in Cambridge.
He was diagnosed with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and given two years to live. Although he was depressed over his diagnosis, he began to study and work harder than ever before. In this time he fell in love with Jane Wilde. She and his work were reasons to live. They have three children together. Hawking has become paralyzed and he has spoken since 1990 thanks voice synthesizer.
Hawking made his first major contribution to science with his idea of singularity – a place in space or time at which some quantity becomes infinite. He studied black holes and found Hawking’s radiation.
In conclusion I would write I admire Stephen Hawking especially for his optimistic access to life despite his handicap and for writing popular science books.
