Dobrý den, mám tady text z článku o mikroskopu, ale nějak se mi ho nedaří nějak srozumitelně přeložit do češtiny. Problém mi dělají hlavně odbornější pojmy. Text je zde: “ln the focus variation optical system, the objective lens moves up and down at the optimum moving pitch based on the depth of field of the objective lens and calculates the focus position from the focus changes (amount of image blurring) of high resolution images captured with a 5.6 megapixel high definition color C-MOS camera. The object being observed is then made into a three-dimensional shape and the focused image is overlapped at the same time to compose an image with a deep depth of field. As the objective lens movement is monitored by a linear scale, the shape of the observed object can be measured.” Můžete mi prosím někdo pomoct?
