Listening you can improve only by a lot of listening. And of course by learning correct pronunciation.
Listen to anything you find. If you have difficulties, start with something easy (e.g. simplified books are great for this purpose) and gradually raise the level.
Listen to films, series, audiobooks, shows, youtube channels. Listen every day. Put enough stuff into your phone or MP3 player and listen even outside, in your car, when travelling, waiting in a queue etc.
It's possible to improve even one level a year (A1, A2, B1). It works, I've
tried it myself.
