Dobrý den, v jednom americkém krimiseriálu měli na tabuli nakreslenou časovou osu k pohřešované osobě, která v určitý čas nasedla do černého auta, a na tabuli bylo napsáno: GETS IN BLACK CAR. Proč tam není člen – gets in a black car?

It's “abbreviated style” or “zero marking” used in instructions, recipes, manuals etc., as Wikipedia describes:
The zero article is also used in instructions and manuals. In such cases, the references in the text are all definite, and thus no distinction between definite and indefinite has to be made.
