I studied English at the school called Wall Street English. It was online and I had a lot of homework, too. If I felt it was too much, I made a break, I did not do too much every day. But I tried to do something every day. For example, I only wrote down new vocabulary. It is good to study every day, but it is not needy to study the whole afternoon. If you feel it is too much, I think you should change the language school if it is possible. But think that you will not have too much homework for your whole life. It will end one day. It is not forever.
