Dalo by se říct, že MUST HAVE je 99% jistota na základě dedukce a WILL HAVE 100% jistota? (V mém světě totiž 100% jistota zrovna není.)

It's difficult to say. With modal verbs, the meaning (here, the degree of probability/cer­tainty) is determined by the context, and sometimes it's just a matter of the individual's per­sonal idiolect. For example, people who are not well educated or who are speaking casually may always say “must have” (instead of “will have”) to express their sense of probability in any given context.

In general, I would say “must have (+ past participle)” conveys greater certainty than “will have (+ past participle)”.

Awesome! Děkuji za insight! Z vaše odkazu na mě také dýchlo, že MUST HAVE se nejspíš častěji vyskytne u 1. osoby. Kdežto WILL HAVE u všech ostatních, pokud už se ho mluvčí rozhodne použít. Dáme-li WILL HAVE nádech ‘jak si určitě’ ‘jak sis určitě’ tak to do první osoby prakticky ani moc nezní dobře. To už spíš bude ve významu předbudoucího času.
