As we've already established in this thread, even native speakers (of English or Czech) don't always speak their language correctly, especially when speaking off the cuff in an informal context, so it wouldn't surprise me to hear any of the versions you mention above. The only „correct“ one is you need to understand the methods that native speakers learn (in order) to speak faster.
But the sentence is odd (and ambiguous): native speakers DON'T „learn methods“ in order to speak their own language. Language acquisition happens naturally „at your grandmother's knee“ and in the family and other contexts. So basically this is a bad sentence and it's really not worth spending much time on.
