Ahoj,
chtěl bych se zeptat na použití určitého členu před Sherwood Forest. V článku je uvedena věta „Robin Hood was an outlaw who lived in the Sherwood Forest where he robbed the rich and gave to the poor.“
V Longmanu se však u hesla Robin Hood píše:
Robin Hood in old English stories, a man who lived as an outlaw in Sherwood Forest in central England, with his followers, known as his ‘Merry Men’.
Stejně tak v OALD je u hesla Robin Hood uvedeno:
Robin Hood is said to have lived in Sherwood Forest near Nottingham during the rule of King Richard I (1189–99).
Domnívám se tedy, že člen by tam tedy stát neměl. Je to tak?
