Ahoj, za úkol máme napsat Formální dopis na téma Reklamace. Vím kam co napsat, ale nejsem ji jistej stavbou vět, předložkama atd.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to report a fault with the Macbook Air that I bought from Apple Store in New York, fifth Avanue on 22nd October.
The software does not work. If I switch on I see black screen and then shutdown it.
I am enclosing the Macbook together with the receipt. I would be grateful if you could repair the fault. If this is not possible, could you please send me a new laptop.
I will be happy to hear from you in the near future.
